*IMPORTANT NOTICE* We have temporarily closed our funding application portal.

  • The host of our current system will no longer be available and we are making a transition to a new Grants Management System.
  • The new system we are transitioning to is called FLUXX, which many of you may already be familiar with. We needed to close our current funding application portal to ensure we have the right processes in place for a smooth transition when we re-open the portal on 5 April 2018.

What this will mean for the application process:

Applications received prior to 20 February 2018 are being processed in line with our normal procedures. Our payment process will not be affected for grants approved.

2018/19 Applications:

The questions on the new forms will be very similar to the ones we currently ask – we recommend using the downloadable word document to use as a guide if you’d like to prepare in advance.

Accountability Forms:

During this time of closure, you won’t be able to fill out an accountability form online, however, if you’d like to prepare this in advance of April contact us to receive a list of the questions.

What you need to know:

When our new system is open you will need to re-register, unless you are already registered with FLUXX. NB: Unlike our old system you will be registering as an individual (not as an organisation).

Over the coming weeks the Wellington Community Trust team will be working hard to keep you up to date with our progress. We will use our website and Facebook to provide you with news and updates. We are excited about the change to FLUXX, which will give more flexibility and enable us to communicate more effectively about the progress of your application.

Our community grants are designed for community organisations who need a grant of over $5,000. There are 3 funding rounds throughout the year, with an 8-week response time (from the application cut-off date). For grants over $20,000 please contact our funding manager before applying. Your application will not be considered if you haven’t contacted us.
